"I just wanted to let you both know how pleased Diane and I were with the work you did at our house over the past several weeks. It was a great experience from our point of view. Everything from the original consult with Anton which came with suggestions as to where we should put the back splash to ideas about adding a wood riser to the wood floor and also new base shoe, Anton couldn’t have been more thorough with respect to what we should expect.

Your scheduler (wish I could remember his name) was also on top of things and kept working with us to get days that would work to do the job. I appreciated Vladimir’s skill with installing the back splash as well. He actually seemed to like his job even though parts of that couldn’t have been a lot of fun – including the one hour and four minute drive each morning. His partner (can’t remember his name either) did a nice job too. All of the tile work, from the backsplash to the luxury vinyl tile in the bathrooms and laundry room, to the slate tile in the entry all look great.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to meet the carpet installers, but we’re really happy with the way it came out and how they vacuumed the floors afterward! Awesome job. Finally, I really appreciate both of your constant communication by phone and email to ask how things were going. Your customer service is just excellent.
